Shipping Monday thru Friday locally.
Orders outside of Ottawa must be received before 2:00 p.m. on Thursday to ensure 2 day delivery.
Only special request orders will be shipped out on Friday for Saturday delivery. Extra shipping charges may apply.
Simpella Inc. is happy to ship to residential addresses but business addresses are always preferred.
Due to the perishable nature of the item we ensure everything is delivered fresh, all are shipped express via 2-day (or overnight if preferred)
Local deliveries (Ottawa area) are delivered via local courier.
We may contact you about changes to your shipping arrangements as necessary
All orders will be processed within 24 hours provided that all items are in stock
Please inform recipients to expect a delivery on the date, which has been confirmed, or for recipient to leave instruction for the courier for other arrangements.

Simpella Inc. is not responsible for packages stolen or damaged.
If shipping to a warm location (where temperatures is 65 degrees or higher) you must provide an address where a package will be taken inside promptly. (a ice pack in the shipping container will ensure that your order arrives in perfect shape.
We do not ship outside Canada.
